DESCRIPTION:Join Our Female-Only Outdoor bootcamp. \nAn Outdoor Bootcamp is a group fitness class that promotes fitness and team effort while enjoying the outdoors\, they are structured\, full-body workouts that combine cardio and strength training in a single session. \nPlease purchase a ticket in order to secure your spot on our Women’s Outdoor Bootcamp in Shannon. \nDate: Tuesday 9th September – Tuesday 30th September \nTime: 5:30 – 6:30pm \nEquipment will be provided for the programme. Wear comfortable clothing & bring a bottle of water. The cost of this programme is €5 in total.
