DESCRIPTION:In conjunction with Whitegate GAA\, Clare Sports Partnership is delighted to launch a Women in Sport Couch to 5km eight-week training programme. \nWe are starting on Saturday 1st of June at 8am in Whitegate GAA. \nSchedule is as follows; Saturday 1st\, 8th\, 15th\, 22nd\, 29th of June then Friday’s 5th\, 12th and 19th of July. All 8am start times \nThis is suitable for beginner joggers/runners or those who wish to return to running in a supportive and fun environment. \nYou will have one weekly in-person session and one self-led session for eight weeks. \n€15 per person registration fee
