DESCRIPTION:Due to the huge success of our introductory workshop during Women in Sport Week\, we are delighted to launch a Beginner Aerial Creation Course for adult females. \nThis course is perfect for anyone looking to try something new\, fun\, and creative in a supportive environment. No previous experience is necessary—just come along and give it a go! \n🗓 Start Date: Sunday\, May 10th⏰ Time: 3:00pm – 4:00pm📍 Weekly Sessions until June 14th  \nParticipants will learn the basics of aerial movement while building strength\, confidence\, and creativity over the course of the programme. \nSpaces are limited\, so early booking is essential.
