DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to have our couch to 5K walk/run programme return to Kilrush in March 2024. \nIt is open to both walkers and runners. Would you like to walk/run/jog 5km in Vandeleur Parkrun in May? \nWe begin on Monday 25th at 7pm in Gallery Park in Kilrush (Moneypoint track). \nThis eight-week programme will consist on coached sessions (every Monday)\, and one self-led (during the week) \nThe programme consists of walking and running intervals. You will build up your running minutes over each session and ensure you run/jog your 5km sustainably in a short few weeks. \n€15 per adult and children under 18 are free (All children must be accompanied by an adult at ALL times) \nAll Participants must be registered before the first session.

They are the link between the children and adults in the club. \nThis course will help the Club Children’s Officer to carry out the function of their role in the club and support the implementation of best practice in the club.
