This eight-week programme will get you to walk/jog/run 5k non-stop as part of the Illaunmanagh parkrun before Christmas. \nThe progress will consist of walking and running intervals\, increasing in duration each session. \nThe programme is open to both walkers and runners. Adults only. \nWe will be operating along footpaths with street lighting. Hi-Vis vest will be provided.
