We are starting on Tuesday 5th of September for eight weeks. Two sessions each week. 7.30 to 8.30pm every Tuesday and Thursday evening.

This beginner gym programme (move at your own pace)  will get you back into exercise, increase your energy levels and give you confidence in the gym setting.

Kevin and his team will guide you every step of the way. At just €30 per person, this is less than €2 per session. IT COULD BE THE BEST MOVE YOU EVER MAKE!
