Men on the Move
Men on the Move (MOM) is a physical activity programme that is aimed at adult men (over 45) to get them active, have fun and improve fitness levels. It involves: weekly physical activity sessions over 12 weeks that are led by a qualified instructor to meet your needs. We run these programmes in communities and also online.
