We have a new and exciting six-week Teen Boys Beginner Gym programme starting on Thursday April 7th in K FITT Gym, Kilrush, afterschool from 4.15pm – 5.15pm.
This programme is open to 15–18-year-old boys who participate in little to no physical activity! Participants will learn the importance of proper lifting techniques and gain the knowledge and confidence to train in a gym setting!
