The Open Water Swimming Programme in Kilkee starts on Monday, July 15th, at 6.30pm and runs for six weeks. 45-minute sessions
On week six, you will be swimming across the Kilkee Bay (700-800mts)
You must be able to swim 50-metre front crawl continuously to enter the programme
You will be required to wear a wetsuit for the programme: 1. Ensure you can stay in the water longer while teaching is on 2. Give your buoyancy 3. You thread the water easier
Swimming buoys are compulsory; you can buy one yourself or hire one from CSP for the duration of the programme.
