Cycle to school, cycle to work, club cycle, kids cycling workshop, cycling training etc (no capital projects funded) e.g. Cycleright not Funded

I hereby certify that I have read and understand the Clare Sports Partnership Grant scheme criteria and that the information I have supplied on this application is complete, correct, and accurate in every respect and it is on that basis only that this application is submitted for consideration and accepted for consideration by Clare Sports Partnership.
I further understand that the submission of any incorrect or inaccurate information will render the application null and void.
I confirm that I am authorised by the executive of my club to apply for this funding and that once funding is approved and lodged by Clare LSP into the acocunt of the club, it will be used as per applciation. Failure to use the funds in a timely manner and for the stated purpose,  will give Clare LSP the right to recall the funding without dispute. Proof of payment to club(s) will be required.
