2026 Open Water Swimming – Whitestrand Miltown Malbay

Join Clare Sports Partnership and Clare Water Safety for this six-week open water swimming programme in Whitestrand Miltown Malbay for adults (18+ years).

This intermediate/advanced-level programme will increase your endurance and improve your technique throughout.

You must be able to swim 50 metres in a pool consecutively to enter this location

You will complete a long swim in week 6 of over 700 metres.

Sessions are 45 minutes in duration, and wetsuits are mandatory.

Swimming buoys can be hired for the duration of the programme for €10 (payable on night 1).

Starting Monday, 29th June @6.30pm until Monday 3rd of August
