Clare County Council, together with Clare Sports Partnership are delighted to collaborate with Active Ennis Leisure Centre for an informative, welcoming session on Movement for healthy muscles and bones
Speakers will cover topics on health and wellbeing, sharing practical information and advice to support a healthier lifestyle.
This will be followed by an introductory strength class
Starting at 11.30am on Thursday 1st of October in Treacys West County Hotel – Hillery Suite
The session is open to all females aged 18 and over and is suitable for all abilities, with no previous gym experience required
