This is a FREE online 3-week programme where children complete some form of ‘physical activity’ outside of school hours as part of their daily homework.
If your school chooses to sign up to this programme, you will receive a private Youtube link at the beginning of each week with a series of new physical activity videos outlining a different challenge each day for the children to try! We would kindly ask that each participating school then distribute these links with their pupils via email.
This programme usually runs in January, but you can sign up any time you wish!
There are lost of exciting activities involved in the Active Homework Challenge, including, dance, gymnastics, yoga, taekwondo-do etc. Alternatively, the physical activity challenges can be chosen by the teacher or left up to the pupil themselves.
