Join Clare Sports Partnership and Clare Water Safety for this six-week open water swimming programme in Whitestrand Doonbeg for adults (18+ years).
This Beginner-level programme will teach you stroke technique, breathing, and increase your time in the water.
You must be able comfortable in the water to enter this location
Sessions are 45 minutes in duration, and wetsuits are mandatory.
Swimming buoys can be hired for the duration of the programme for €10 (payable on night 1).
Starting Wednesday, 8th of July @6.30pm until Wednesday, 11th of August.
