Are you ready to take the first step towards a healthier, fitter you? Join us for our Couch to 5K programme, starting Tuesday, February 18th, 2025 at 7:00 PM at Shannon Gaels GAA Pitch, V15EP28
This 10-week programme is designed for beginners—whether you’ve never run before or just want to get back into shape. With expert coaching and a supportive group, you’ll gradually build up your fitness and confidence to run a 5K by the end of the program.
