Ladies Beginner Aerial Creation Course

Due to the huge success of our introductory workshop during Women in Sport Week, we are delighted to launch a Beginner Aerial Creation Course for adult females.

This course is perfect for anyone looking to try something new, fun, and creative in a supportive environment. No previous experience is necessary—just come along and give it a go!

Start Date: Sunday, May 10th (weekly sessions until June 14th) 
Time: 3pm – 4pm
Venue: Irish Aerial Creation Centre, Gillogue Office Park, Corbally, Co. Clare, V94 EYK6

Participants will learn the basics of aerial movement while building strength, confidence, and creativity over the course of the programme.
