Are you aged 35 or over? Do you want to get fitter, have more energy and feel better as we head into the summer? We are delighted to bring the Men on the Move programme to Ballyvaughan. With a combination of walking and strength-based exercises, this supportive and encouraging environment will help you achieve increased levels of fitness.
There will be educational workshops on motivation, well-being and nutrition.
Starting on Monday 30th of May, running every Monday and Wednesday evening for 6 weeks in Ballyvaughan Hall.
