Are you aged 35 or over? Do you want to get fitter, have more energy and feel better as we head into the summer? We are delighted to bring the Men on the Move programme to Ballyvaughan. Strength-based exercise classes led by a qualified tutor. This supportive and encouraging environment will help you achieve increased fitness levels.
There will be educational workshops on motivation, well-being and nutrition.
Starting on Tuesday 4th of April, running every Tuesday for April in Ballyvaughan Hall. The second weekly class is online to be completed in your own time.
