We are rolling out a beginner gym programme for men aged 30 and older in Shannon Leisure Centre, starting on Monday, the 29th of January, from 8pm – 9pm. Running every Monday and Wednesday for eight weeks.
This move-at-your-own-pace programme is the ideal opportunity to get you back into fitness or help you on your journey to increase your physical activity level in 2024.
