We are delighted to partner with KFitt Gym in Kilrush to run a beginner gym programme for 6 weeks.

Are you looking to return to fitness? Want to get fitter and have a better quality of physical health?

These twice-weekly gym sessions will improve your strength, flexibility and overall fitness

Running every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 7.30pm to 8.30pm, starting on January 16th.

At just €30 for new participants, this is €2.50 per session.
