Join our beginner men on the move exercise programme in Whitegate.
This eight week programme will introduce you to strength training in a supportive group setting, with sessions running once per week for 8 weeks.
Location: Whitegate GAA Astro Turf
Date and time: Tuesday evenings from 8pm-9pm, starting January 7th.
Dates for the programme are as follows:
January 14th, 21st, 28th
February 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th,
March 4th
