The Open Water Swimming Programme in Whitestrand, Doonbeg starts on Wednesday, July 17th, at 6.30pm and runs for six weeks. 45-minute sessions
This programme/location is for beginner open-water swimmers.
You must be comfortable in the water to enter the programme.
You will be required to wear a wetsuit for the programme: 1. Ensure you can stay in the water longer while teaching is on 2. Give your buoyancy 3. You thread the water easier
Swimming buoys are compulsory; you can buy one yourself or hire one from CSP for the duration of the programme.
