This is a four-week Beginner Open Water Swimming programme in Ballyvaughan with Clare Sports Partnership and Clare Water Safety.

Starting on Monday August 12th @6.30pm. These 45 minute sessions will run on August 12th, 19th, 26th and September 2nd.

A wetsuit and swimming buoy are required for safety and teaching purposes.
