This course is ideal for anyone involved in sporting organisations as a coach or club volunteer. This course deals with common sporting injuries such as strains and sprains and rare and more serious injuries such as spinal injuries and cardiac arrest. CPR and Defib training included.

It is taking place in Shannon Leisure Centre on Saturday 4th of May from 10am to 5pm.
