Location: K Fitt Gym, Kilrush

Time: 4:30 – 5:30pm

Age:  Teen Girls 14 – 18years

Equipment will be provided for the programme. Wear comfortable clothing & bring a bottle of water. The cost of this programme is €10 in total.
