A 6 week exercise and fitness programme for Ukrainian ladies based in West Clare. This programme will have 2 weekly sessions at Evan Garvey Fitness and is for Ukrainian ladies only. There is no cost for this programme, it is completely free. The programme is suitable for complete beginners to exercise and welcomes ladies of all ages.
