To kick off Her Outdoors Week, start your working day off on the perfect note. Join us for a 40 minute yoga session overlooking the lake in Ballyalla, followed by a dip in the water and finish up with a quick stroll on the surrounding walkway.
Join Clare Sports Partnership to celebrate Her Outdoors Week by taking on the 8.5km route on 12 O'Clock Hills. Monday 8th of August @12pm. Taking roughly 2.5 hours, sample the stunning views as a trained guide will lead you along the route.
Join us on a social cycle around North Clare, take in the views and landscapes of Lahinch, Liscannor and Ennistymon along the route. A nice leisurely spin for all abilities covering 20km on minor and major roads. A road-worthy bike and helmet are needed.
Join Burren Outdoor Education Centre for this caving workshop. The workshop will include an introduction to caving and you will sample some of the Burren's caving network. No previous experience is needed and all equipment will be provided to you. Open to females aged 18 and above
