Welcome to Lets Talk Inclusion

Clare Sports Partnership have developed a “Let’s Talk Inclusion Podcast Series”. We are delighted to welcome Gavin Grace, former  Clare FM news anchor, to host our series of podcasts regarding the importance of Sport, Physical Activity for people with a disability.

In the 6 episode series Gavin talks to paralympian’s, parents and clubs about the important role that participation has on their lives. This includes the opportunities they have been given and the challenges they have faced through their involvement. The speakers will tell us how important a role physical activity and sport has played in their lives. The podcast series hopes to inspire and encourage everyone to go out and get active no matter what their level of ability. 

The first podcast in the series will be aired on Sunday 21st March (International Down Syndrome Day). It will feature Jean Hanrahan and her daughter Orla Platten.
