Shannon Estuary Way Retreat in Ballynacally will deliver yoga, mindfulness and meditation to participants whilst Charmbee Pottery Cafe in Labasheeda will deliver pottery.

This programme is aimed at teen girls who participate in little to no physical activity.
To be considered for this programme, you must register your interest by filling out the form below.
The cost of this programme is 15 euro in total. This is payable once a place has been offered to you.
