What an incredible #HEROutdoorsWeek we had last week!
From the thrill of kayaking and dragon boating to the exhilaration of sailing and rock climbing, it was a week filled with adventure, laughter, and empowerment.
A huge THANK YOU to all our amazing participants who embraced the outdoors with enthusiasm and to our incredible physical activity providers who made it all possible.
Together, we celebrated and encouraged women to experience the joy and benefits of being active in nature while highlighting the fantastic opportunities for females in County Clare to get involved in outdoor activities!
