We’re excited to announce a new series of Boxing Lessons in partnership with Shannon Boxing Club — specifically designed for teen girls aged 13 – 18 years. 

Whether you’re looking to boost your fitness, improve your strength, or just have fun while getting fit, this is the perfect opportunity!

Why Boxing?
