Clare County Council, in conjunction with the Clare Sports Partnership, is carrying out a consultation exercise to support the development of a ‘Local Sports Plan’.
Focused on improving levels of participation in sport, physical activity and recreation across County Clare, the Clare Local Sports Plan reflects the Local Authority’s commitment under the National Sports Policy (2018- 2027).
Clare County Council aims to bring together partners across the community, voluntary and statutory sectors with residents, clubs, schools, leisure facility providers, and others in the plan making process.
Ahead of hosting in-person public consultation events and workshops throughout the county, we are inviting local stakeholders to complete a short survey which will inform the formulation of the final plan.
