In Kilrush Community Sports Hub, we are running a another FREE  Men on the Move. It is funded by HSE, targeting men (particularly over 35’s). It is a walking programme plus a personal trainer on hand to provide a strength-based workout, with speakers on psychology, nutrition and healthcare professionals during the programme. Starting in Kilrush on October 12th and running every Tuesday and Thursday for 10 weeks. One hour sessions will consist of 40 mins of walking and 20 minutes of strength based exercises.
