We are delighted to team up with Clare Water Safety to bring you our 2024 Open Water Swimming Series in County Clare.
Four locations; six-week programme, 45-minute sessions to get you swimming over 700 metres at week 6.
An entry requirement for programmes at Whitestrand Miltown Malbay, Cappa, and Kilkee: you must be able to swim 50-metre front crawl consecutively.
New offering for 2024: beginner-level sea swimming in Whitestrand Doonbeg ONLY.
Wetsuits are mandatory. Cost €50 per person
