The Western Yacht Club of Ireland is a small sailing based in Kilrush Marina. Kilrush Marina has a wheelchair hoist making their boats accessible to wheelchair users. They would like to invite wheelchair users to experience powerboating in the safe waters of the marina during July. The marina is non tidal and a perfect place to start on the water activities. There is an option for more adventurous users to explore outside the marina with a trip around Scattery Island.
All ages are welcome. Under 18 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.
*Note, activities will take place after July 17th. Dates can be adapted to suit participants. Activities are weather dependent.
