Shannon Sports Hub teamed up with Shannon Swimming and Leisure centre to run a six-week Learn-to-Lift gym programme.
Are you looking to start in the gym? This programme will teach you how to lift weights with the correct technique, design your gym programme and give you confidence in the gym setting.
This tutor-led programme is open to Boys and Girls aged 13-17. Parental registration Is required.
This six-week programme will start on March 2nd at 3.45pm – 4:45pm and will run for six successive Thursdays.
