Join Clare Sports Partnership and Clare Water Safety for this six-week open water swimming programme.
This intermediate-level programme will increase your endurance and improve your technique throughout the programme.
You will complete a long swim in week 6 of over 700 metres.
Sessions are 45 minutes in duration, and wetsuits are mandatory. Swimming buoys can be hired for the duration of the programme for €10
(payable on night 1)
