Join Clare Sports Partnership for a 4-week beginner Couch to 30k cycling course.
You will learn all the skills involved in cycling and gain the confidence to cycle on the road as part of a group or on your own.
Open to adults aged 18 and over. Males and Females welcome
Starting on Tuesday June 4th and running on 11th, 18th & 25th of June from Clare Sports Partnership office in Ennis.
