Join our beginner men on the move exercise programme in Ennis.
This six week programme will introduce you to strength training in a supportive group setting, with sessions running twice per week for 45 minutes per session. This programme is suitable for complete beginners to exercise and those returning to exercise after a break.
Location: Active Ennis Leisure Centre
Date and time: Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5.15pm-6pm
Dates for the programme are as follows:
March 25th and 27th
April 1st, 3rd, 8th, 10th, 15th, 17th 22nd, 24th and 29th
