REC 3 is the approved course for Canoeing Ireland, Irish Sailing, Mountaineering Ireland, Cycling Ireland Scouting Ireland, and other Sporting NGB’s
The course is designed to meet the needs of those who work professionally or play in the outdoors. The course introduces a systematic method of first aid for managing casualties. The course is a balanced mix of theory and practical and consolidated with simulated real-life scenarios.
