Women Health Week Ennis

Clare County Council, together with Clare Sports Partnership, are delighted to collaborate on an informative, welcoming session on health, wellbeing, and physical activity to celebrate Women’s Health Week in Ennis.

Grace Russell Coaching will deliver an engaging 30-minute talk on women’s health, muscle and bone health, including the impact of hormonal changes as we move through midlife and the importance of strength, movement, balance, and mobility for healthy ageing.

This will be followed by a practical 60-minute movement session, with accessible options to suit the group, focusing on strength, mobility and balance to support healthy muscles and bones.

Taking place in Treacy’s West County Hotel, Hillery Suite, from 11.30am to 1pm 

The session is open to all females aged 18 and over and is suitable for all abilities, with no previous gym experience required
