Women’s Health Week Lahinch

Clare County Council, together with Clare Sports Partnership, are delighted to collaborate with Lahinch Leisure Centre for an informative, welcoming session on health, wellbeing, and physical activity to celebrate Women’s Health Week.
Dr Dympna O Dywer will speak on health and wellbeing, sharing practical information and advice to support a healthier lifestyle.
This will be followed by an introductory strength class and fitness studio walk-around.
Starting at 7.30pm on Monday 28th of September in Lahinch Leisure Centre.
The session is open to all females aged 18 and over and is suitable for all abilities, with no previous gym experience required
