Welcome to this year’s running series with Clare Sports Partnership

We have both Couch ton 2K and Couch to 5k programmes to choose from

These programmes are delivered by a podcast where you will follow instructions for walking and jogging.

Easy-to-follow plans to achieve your goal of jogging/running non-stop for your distance.

Couch to 2k is a four-week programme with two sessions every week. Cost €10. Register here for Couch to 2K 

Couch to 5k is an eight-week programme with two weekly sessions and one self-led session. Cost €15. Register here for Couch to 5K

We are starting on Wednesday 1st of March. Join with a friend or on your own, it could be the best decision you make this year.

We plan on running a 5k to 10k programme after the couch to 5k to get ladies to participate in the Women Mini Marathon on June 4th.
