We are delighted to launch our WIS swimming programme in Ennis. Starting in the Active Ennis pool on Thursday, 9th of November, at 8pm for intermediate. You must be able to swim two lengths of 25 mts swimming pool. This five-week programme will consist of a coaching session from 8pm to 8.45pm each Thursday.
Derg AC in conjunction with Clare Sports Partnership and Cycle Right Ireland are running a 6 week Learn to Cycle programme on Wednesday's starting 15th November from 6pm to 7pm in Clarisford Park Athletics Track. The programme will finish on Wednesday December 20th.
We are hosting a one-day sports first aid course on Saturday, 18th of November in Clare Education Centre, Kilrush Road Ennis from 9.30am to 4.30pm.
We are delighted to join Lahinch Leisure Centre again to roll out our women in sport swimming series. Starting on Thursday 23rd of November at 8pm - This intermediate programme will run for FIVE weeks. You must be able to swim 50 mts to enter this programme.
This FREE workshop is designed to build awareness around people with disabilities participating in community sport and physical activity. On completion of the course all attendees will receive an Active Disability Ireland Certificate of Participation endorsed by Sport Ireland.
